Returns request

Please take note of the following points before submitting a return for refund:

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We cannot accept returns for the following cases:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons we are not accountable for.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Custom-made items with designs that are not listed on our website are not eligible for refund / return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
